My family were in a position where we had to sell our mothers home as she needed to go into full-time care, it was a very emotional and difficult time for the family. On the Monday following the Open House we had an offer which we were thrilled with, the price was beyond our expectation and certainly higher that the other agents had quoted. The property settled in 30 days, Jason kept us informed during the whole process so we knew exactly what was going on.
