Honesty & integrity
Steve Harrison is by a long shot, the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. I have never seen such honesty and integrity in any salesperson before. He always conducted himself in the most professional, yet warm and friendly manner and guided us through the process of selling our family home. He also offered priceless advice on the buying process which I'm convinced saved us thousands of dollars and got us into the perfect new home. I can't recommend Steve highly enough.

Exemplary model of what an agent should be
Steve is an honest, caring and hard working agent who I could not recommend more. I never once felt pressured to accept a lower price than the property deserved and when the sale was not moving as expected he ran the open homes himself and devised a number of strategies in this difficult market in order to sell the house. His original valuation was not unrealistic, as I have seen many agents do and he was always available to provide advice and assurance throughout the sale process, which I had never done before. I bought my property from him 8 years ago and sold it in 2018, both experiences being seamless. When I sell again I will definitely use Steve.

Highly recommended agent.
Steve was extremely helpful in the process of selling our house. He made himself very available at just about any time to answer any questions we had. He even gave us very handy advice in the process of buying our new home and how to deal with the agent. His knowledge of the market is excellent and his old school approach of good old fashioned agent/client communication is his trademark. We would definitely consider Steve again if we were selling.
