Matt went out of his way to give assistance when required. He returned all calls when we left messages. We had some difficulty in removing the tenant and he assisted us in this matter. As the property was in three names, he had to obtain the necessary signatures and despite the difficulty in locating all clients, he managed to do this. The tenant was particularly difficult to deal with and he followed up the tenant when necessary.
