Mat did a fantastic job selling our family holiday home in Rye. Mat has excellent knowledge, open communication skills with a very warm approach. As a first time seller, Mat was very informative with any questions needed to be asked about the property, they were answered by Mat very promptly and professionally, nothing was ever to hard.
