About Rachael

Rachael is one of Victoria’s top real estate agents, experienced in both sales and management. She is known for her excellent customer service, expert advice, negotiation skills, and achieving record prices. Having moved to Australia after founding a highly-successful English tutoring business in China, Rachael lives locally and has a broad knowledge of the real estate market in the eastern and surrounding suburbs. Her extensive experience in both Australia and China gives her the advantage of understanding sellers and buyers from both cultures. Rachael works hard to achieve the best result for her clients. Genuinely interested in both the seller's and buyer's needs, her excellent communication and negotiation skills allow her to match buyers to sellers and achieve fantastic results. Rachael has also built a strong reputation for her expert advice and keeping her clients informed throughout the whole selling process. Rachael has a love of learning and recently obtained a Master’s of Business from Monash University. On her days off, Rachael enjoys walking in the Dandenongs with her husband and daughter.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Warren made the big move to Australia to continue to develop, grow and study, and completed his Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in Cartography and Computing at RMIT. With many years’ sales and customer service experience through small to international companies, it’s natural that Warren quickly became a successful agent after he made the transition to real estate industry. Would recommend anyone who is looking to sell

Well the journey started about 2 years ago we were just watching tv when the door bell rang i when to see who there is was Rachael just asking if we interested in selling our home at the time we had no intention so I thought why not ask her to have a look around our home well right from the start she loved it and would love a chance to sell it on our behave we loved her reaction about our home but we not really at the time we guaranteed her that if we going to sell in the future she would be our agent and now it’s history all our dreams come true very hard working agent and all of her team once again Rachael we love to thank you and O’Brien Real Estate for the great service we would recommend anyone who is looking to sell to let obrien real estate to handle it once again many thanks as we move into our next stage of our lives cheers Anthony and Maddalena
