Outstanding competence and professional excellence above what we could have imagined.
My 98 year old husband now deceased, and I, 93 were suddenly faced with the necessity to move from our 20 acre, hillsface block where we had lived for 45 years. Our home and two sheds were crammed with a mix of rubbish and ? salvageable items and our block needed serious attention to make it safe. We were afraid and vulnerable. Nick was recommended to us by locals and we knew we could trust him.The end result was unexpected money from sales improvement in house and land, excellent sale techniques, being kept informed final success. My family and I agree we would give him 100 stars truly. I have recommended him to my friends

Nick and his team are very professional at what they do
I found he was responsive and pleasant to deal with. He answered all questions thoroughly and in a very polite, patient and timely manner. Buying property or selling property is normally a stressful process but Nick made it a smooth and seemless one. Nick presented the property in such a way that you could appreciate the best things of it without "over-marketing" like others. Even after the contract was signed, Nick always took his time to courteously follow up and offered supports. Overall, it was been a great experience with Nick and we're hoping to cross path with Nick again in the future.

Having lived in our house for 60 years , we found the transition to be quite smooth. Although a bit stressful at the time Nick and his staff at Ouwens Casserly were very thorough , patient and helpful.

A great agent who worked tirelessly for the best result
Nick worked tirelessly to achieve the best result and to make the whole experience as easy and stress free as possible. I'm based interstate and Nick went above and beyond to help me prepare the property for sale. I honestly don't think it would have happened without Nick's local expertise. He knows the market, the community, the local tradies and businesses. He always had time to answer my endless questions and his whole team were patient, helpful and efficient. Nick never stops working, even on his holidays he was always happy to help with every detail. Aside from achieving a great result, he is just a great guy to work with; a good human. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Sale of 5 Harris street Old Noarlunga
