We engaged Nick to sell our late mother's home. Initially he provided helpful information regarding what work needed to be done to the home, to enhance its sale prospects. The dwelling was advertised intensively and a number of open inspections were held. After each open inspection either, Nick or one of his staff provided excellent feedback to us. This also happened when prospective buyers viewed the property. We were advised to auction the property and due to Nick's expertise and market knowledge we obtained a sale price well above our reserve price.
