What a great team
Mark, Georgie and the team at OCRE were absolutely fabulous. I had a contract within two weeks of listing at the price I was looking. Mark and Georgie also provided me with a huge amount of support to help with the inspection and then the clean up and move. If I could rate them 6 out of 5 I would!

A Very Stress -free Experience

Professional and knowledgeable in his field.
This is the first time I bought a property in Interstate with just one inspection. It was very stressful because I was selling my house in Qld at the same time. Excellent Outcome
With putting 2 parents into nursing home within months dealing with the house was the easy part due to James’s professionalism. The house sold quickly even though the first contract fell over, due to the purchasers simply changing mind. With that he successfully negotiated with the young couple that really wanted it. Everyone is happy. James has a calm, effective manner which works well with negotiating.

A true gentlemen and professional
