Honest and hard working
We found Matt very honest right from the very first meeting and viewing of the property we were selling. Matt gave an honest appraisal of the value of the house in the current market, which ultimately proved to be spot on. Matt took time to explain his sales approach to us, and he is obviously very aware of the Market conditions and the best way to attract buyers. The brochures prepared by Matt were very professional, and showed the property in its best light. Matt even came around and helped with jobs around the house and garden to prepare it for sale!
