As for marketing and open homes, this is the best sales team around. We were helped to save money on commission whilst still selling above asking price in a very tight time frame. David is efficient, effective and does his best to sell your property recognising that it's your asset rather than just being another property he has to sell. His upbeat attitude is another plus, and he makes it fun to sell, or in my case less stressful - so if you're worry prone and need that little bit more reassurance he is great for that as well. Can't say thank you enough and wouldn't think twice to recommend him. Couldn't imagine anyone better for the role.
