I've dealt with a few agents buying and selling in the Gladstone area. Stuart is by far the easiest to deal with. He knows what he's doing and doesn't give any fantasies. He's straight up, and easy to work with. He will work with you with the goal you have. The low fee is great, and Stuart is worth more! Five stars! Thanks mate!

My first impression about Pearls when I called her to ask about the apartment advertised by her company ( ONE PERCENT PROPERTY PTY LTD) , she answered my phone straight away and she gave me a lot of information about the apartment. She is very kind , helpful and a good communicator. She worked very hard and even sent me the contract over the weekend. I am really really appreciated it. Highly recommended this agent to everyone. Thank you so much!

Don't be fooled! I was quoted 3% to sell my apartment, but then I found Pearls. Sell with Pearls! She exceeded my expectations in both the sale price and the time it took to sell. Plus, her commission rate was affordable. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasure working with David to secure our new home in Redcliffe. David provided excellent service and even managed to organise a solicitor and inspector on a public holiday. Well done.
