Claire wasn’t your typical sale person she wasn’t pushy and didn’t treat you as a transaction her down to earth, sense of humour made our experience very easy and guided us every step of the way. No question was a silly one and she explain everything in simple terms for us to understand. I would definitely use her again in the future when selling.

David Sullivan helped us sell our townhouse, and it was a pleasure to work with him. He made it a priority to have good relationships with everyone: us, the tenants, the leasing agent, and the potential buyers. He was open, clear and prompt in his communication, and was very good at answering any questions we had. We were pleased with the sale price, and we were also pleased that David didn't engage in marketing tricks that frustrate potential buyers. (We have seen other agents do things like include listing the house without an asking price then not divulging the price until people sign up to their email list. But David was very clear that he didn't want to frustrate potential buyers.) Overall, we were very impressed with David, and would highly recommend him for anyone looking to sell.
