I was fortunate to have a desirable product but it still needed careful marketing. Michael made no inflated promises and took careful aim at the market. He kept me informed the whole way through the process. I believe I got a price that reflected its worth and in a very speedy fashion. I was very please with how it all worked out. Michael was great to deal with. He gave me an honest opinion of where my property sat in the market and the current conditions I was selling in. He did not "over sell" to get my business, set realistic targets for price and time frame to get the property sold in. I received regular updates on inspections and prospective buyers that were being followed up, so I was kept up to date on the progress of the listing. His team handled photo's, signage, inspections, etc without any drama, everything went according to plan.

I have sold two properties with Michael now, and again I was very pleased with his professionalism. He knows the market so well, and was able to give me a realistic expectation of sale time and price . The marketing package was very sophisticated, and provided a comprehensive portfolio of photos and property descriptions. Minor hiccups with building reports were all handled efficiently and promptly, and had no impact on the speed of settlement. Michael himself, and Jade his assistant, were always just a phone call away, and keeping me informed at each stage of the selling process.
