Michael was great to deal with. He gave me an honest opinion of where my property sat in the market and the current conditions I was selling in. He did not "over sell" to get my business, set realistic targets for price and time frame to get the property sold in. I received regular updates on inspections and prospective buyers that were being followed up, so I was kept up to date on the progress of the listing. His team handled photo's, signage, inspections, etc without any drama, everything went according to plan.
