Never got to meet Ash Swarts, but from the outset, Ashton Dekker (Buyer Manager for Ash Swarts) was on the top of his game, very professional, and very knowledgeable with the market and sales in the area. Did not meet Ash in person until after the sale but he was very thorough and prompt in replying. Ash worked hard for the vendor and was able to organise adjustments to the contract of sale and make sure the deal got done. Was helpful and gave some good advice when showing us through property after the sale.
