Whenever I raised a query with my settlement agent, Alyssa was speedy in responding to my settlement agent's query. I could only do the final inspection on a Saturday, so she reorganised her schedule and did not rush through the process. My sister may be selling her property soon and I will be recommending to her Ms Hayden as her selling agent. I am impressed with Alyssa's professionalism and friendliness.
