Ash and his team got a great price for our house and the communication and info they provided was spot on. There were a few issues in the process of selling (not their doing) and they went above and beyond to keep the ball rolling. And yes, we got a great price too!

Market knowledge of our property type and also our area was excellent. Selling our property with Travis was stress free. There were some minor hiccups along the way, however we were kept updated with it all.

Very happy with the work Mark and his team put in, felt confident throughout the entire process from the initial meeting to settlement and incredibly happy with the result.

Good advice received about when to market the house. Wanted to sell a few years ago but Ashley saw the market moving up and advised against selling unless we were desperate to sell. Very thankful we hung on for a couple extra years

Ash knows the local Armadale market extremely well, was very transparent and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Some innovative things like having a team WhatsApp chat were very helpful. Ash's honesty and transparency from the beginning were a refreshing change and he chased a fantastic price for our place. Would definitely use him again.

As a Property Buyers Agent, I deal with Real Estate Agents on a daily basis, and when purchasing in Brookdale, Perth I had the pleasure of dealing primarily with Ashton Dekker, and with ash Schwarts from O'Neill Real Estate. I found them and their entire team to be complete professionals, who were prompt with answering all my enquiries and very helpful throughout the entire process. They have a fantastic positive attitude towards their associates, and are some of the best agents I've dealt with in a professional sense over time. I can highly recommend them for anyone wanting to either buy, or sell their home in their region.

Cannot recommend Mark and his team of Calvin & Jono enough!!! All were incredibly professional and genuine, who worked hard to go above and beyond to ensure our early settlement went as smoothly as possible. They've even been very quick to respond after purchase of our house also! Would happily use Mark's team again!
