Could not have asked for better Customer Service. It was very overwhelming for us selling our home that we built with love 15 years prior and had many sentimental memories of raising our two sons there. Gabby did the hard work, I felt that I could completely trust her. Great communication skills and knowledge. Our house sold within 11 days, price that we asked for . Gabby was there every step of he way and always responded promptly to our enquiries. She even contacted us after hours when she was informed our house alarm had gone off ! We initially met Gabby at a home open at another property and although not suitable we indicated what we were looking for. Luck would have it she had a new property about to come on the market and she gave us the address to drive by it. From the outside it looked like a real possibility and we organised a pre home open visit which confirmed it was right for us and our offer was accepted. Circumstances changed quickly and we had to give it away which with compassion and understanding was accepted. Shortly thereafter circumstances returned in our favour and working with the owner through Gabby we were able re-secure the property. Then through Gabby a win-win situation with the current tenants were worked out and we were able to move into the property ahead of the schedule.
