A win - win situation in a difficult marketplace.
My two story house in Port Kennedy had been on the market for six months without any genuine buyers appearing. During my purchase of another property in Warnbro, I was impressed by the selling agent, Gabrielle Abbott of Realmark, Secret Harbour. As the listing on the Port Kennedy house was just expiring, I asked Gabrielle if she would like to try and sell it for me. Thus started a completely new experience for me as Gabrielle had professional photographs taken followed by a very active marketing strategy. Despite a weak market and a price downturn, Gabrielle negotiated very professionally with a prospective buyer and the end result was that an equitable sale price was reached. Many thanks go to Gabrielle and her colleague Kristy for their hard work. I thoroughly recommend their services.
