Awesome result
Jarrad has an excellent knowledge of Scarborough and the surrounds, this is the 3rd property he had sold for us recently and they have all made a profit in this lower market

First time buyer
Great experience with Jarrad, helped me to find the property that suited me the most, his knowledge and expertise was great. Being a first time property buyer it was very helpful having Jarrad take me through the process and explain my options. Very happy with the overall outcome and would be more than happy to buy property through Jarrad again.

Excellent sale price
I chose O'Rourke Realty to manage my property for over a decade. Their service was always top notch and I was always happy with their regular communication and prompt and reliable service. It was then a natural choice for me to choose O'Rourke to sell my property. Jarrad provided great advice for selling. I did run into some issues with O'Rourke in regards to getting my property ready for sale. In time these were taken care of. When it came to selling, Jarrad did a fantastic job. He knows this market arguably better than anyone and he achieved a sale price that comfortably exceeded my expectations.

Sale Scarborough
Jarrad's industry knowledge and that of O'Rourke was below standard. Over $50000 was lost due to their inaccuracies. My recommendation don't deal with them
