This is not the first time we have used Jarrad and his team. We were happy with his area knowledge, ease to work with and going above and beyond to make it happen. The vendor left a bit of rubbish all through the back yard and Jarrad got in there himself and cleaned it out at 6pm at night so the settlement could go through in the morning.
