This is the second time I’ve Jarrad O’Rourke and would definitely recommend him. He’s a ‘go getter’. This sale was relatively straightforward but in the process of selling the previous property, which was a subject to the sale of their property, there were a number of complications from their purchasers, being foreigners they weren’t familiar with the sale process in Australia and Jarrad was able to patiently help them and us through the process.

Purchased a property through Jarrad recently. He was awesome, great communication every step of the way from first viewing through offer acceptance and on towards settlement. His knowledge of the area is a real asset to anyone interesting in property (certainly around Scarborough where we bought). Some people say you can't trust real estate agents as far as you can throw them - we experienced the complete opposite in Jarrad - really professional and approachable.

When we purchased our house initially, Jarrad represented the sellers. Through this process we found him to have a thorough knowledge of the suburb and market at that time. When it came time to choose an agent to sell our house, we went straight to Jarrad. Again Jarrad, knew the market conditions and gave a indicative price that was spot on for our house. The house was on the market for around 15 days, he used his existing database to bring buyers to property and it sold after 2 home opens.
