When we purchased our house initially, Jarrad represented the sellers. Through this process we found him to have a thorough knowledge of the suburb and market at that time. When it came time to choose an agent to sell our house, we went straight to Jarrad. Again Jarrad, knew the market conditions and gave a indicative price that was spot on for our house. The house was on the market for around 15 days, he used his existing database to bring buyers to property and it sold after 2 home opens.
