We engaged with Tracy immediately, she was warm, confident, and encouraging with a good sense of humour. She immediately sensed the stress we were under with downsizing and helped us find solutions to any problems we had with preparing the house for sale. If we had any criticism it was perhaps an over glamourisation of parts of the property and garden but that didn't seem to be a problem in the long run.
