Damien sold my current family home and he has kept in touch via phone calls, text messages and e-mails along with seasonal greetings. This kept Damien on top of my mind when selling one of my investment properties, I had other agents offer to sell my property however they were not in line with market rates, suburb knowledge the sale price proposed was over $200,000 below what the current market was selling at. Damien's realistic sale price proposed was based on his previous sales in the current climate and location which was attractive for me to go ahead with the selling of the property.
