We tried to sell the unit ourselves in 2019, and while it was a novel experience we also realised how much was involved and how little we knew about it. Plus we were somewhat disappointed with the level of interest we garnered and the figure it seemed we would have to accept. Luckily for us, just as a sale was imminent, covid threw a spanner in the works and brought proceedings to a halt. Nearly three years later we decided the timing was right, and via the recommendation of a friend we enlisted Joanna. What a relief it was to have a professional take on the task, and a surprise to find it wasn’t going to cost us as much as we thought. We stood gob-smacked in the complex's carpark as the bidding climbed up and over our most hopeful expectations. Joanna has decades of experience and a genuine love of her job. She took care of everything, and apart from the few essential meetings, we basically sat back and watched the magic happen until the money was in the bank.
