I chatted with three real estate agent in my local area. Amity Dry had a thorough knowledge of the real estate market in Tusmore and achieved top pricing for our unit in a very short period of open inspections. The marketing proposal including great photos, brochures, sign board and online marketing assisted with the prompt sale. Amity is genuine, a great communicator and provided constant feedback on buyers comments. We got the price for our unit we wanted in a difficult economic downturn in the market. I would highly recommend Amity Dry.

We engaged Sam Hirniak as our Selling Agent. She was Professional, Organised, Qualified, Consistent, Personable, Patient and Immaculate. Sam is a hard worker and very knowledgeable of the current market trends. Sam brings with her a valuable team and extensive contacts and networks which we were able to utilise. We are very thankful to Sam and pleased with the way she helped us for many months and achieving outstanding success. Sam was quick to respond if we sent her a text message or phoned her. Sam supported us in a caring way to work out what we really wanted, what was realistic and how to achieve it. Sam went above and beyond and we could not have done it without her. Would definitely use Sam Hirniak as our agent for buying or selling in the future. Her honesty and integrity would suit any market conditions.
