Michael did a fantastic job for us, both selling our apartment and with purchasing another. He is available, very experienced, good humoured and knowledgeable and decent! Nothing is too much trouble, he follows up reliably and kept us well informed all along the process. We found him believable and savy. We have both bought and sold many times and Michael said all the right things so we trusted him and his judgment on prices, timing, what to do next when things were not going smoothly etc. I would go to him or his staff first (his family work in same business and they are a strong and lovely team) if I needed more real estate work.
