This is the second house Pauline has sold for us in 6 months. The first one took 4 weeks ( it was a bit of a dump!). This one took 4 hours! Pauline took clients from her data base around and got us 3 offers before the sign was up or home open. Even negotiating a long settlement to allow us to finish building our new house. Our house had 30 years of clutter in it. Pauline re styled our house for the market she thought it would appeal to, and she got it spot on.
