This is the second house Pauline has sold for us in 6 months. The first one took 4 weeks ( it was a bit of a dump!). This one took 4 hours! Pauline took clients from her data base around and got us 3 offers before the sign was up or home open. Even negotiating a long settlement to allow us to finish building our new house. Our house had 30 years of clutter in it. Pauline re styled our house for the market she thought it would appeal to, and she got it spot on. Would definately recommend that you at least call Pauline for a chat if you're thinking of selling.

I was left a bit confused following my purchase through Julie. Everyone I’ve spoken to kept telling me that buying or selling a house is one of the most stressful times of your life. This wasn't my experience at all, everything ran so smoothly that myself and the seller stood outside the house after settlement scratching our heads and wondering when the stress was going to hit us. Either Julie is doing something wrong, or everything right. I can't recommend her highly enough following our experience, and if we're ever to sell down the track we'll definitely be using Julie.

Tony's market knowledge was excellent and he was able to give us some insight into the area, road and even individual properties! He did what he said he would do and presented our offer to the seller in the best possible light. Tony has a friendly yet respectable manner and our experience was very positive. I can highly recommend his services.

Julie was friendly and professional in her marketing of our home, which sold on the first weekend for a price we were very happy with. Julie advised us how she would like the home to be for the photographer and the Home Open. We followed her advice and the results speak for themselves. Her experience in selling was obvious and her knowledge of the Market very current and accurate. It was such a relief to have sold quickly and not have to spend weeks waiting for a suitable buyer to turn up. Overall it was as enjoyable working with Julie and I gladly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Pauline Lyon is without doubt the most professional, committed & hard working agent who also goes above & beyond to help prepare homes to present at their best. I would never use a different selling agent now that I've experienced Pauline's superior service. J.N.

Julie brought with her a breadth of knowledge of the home sales market throughout Greenwood and that is what I had presumed after seeing her results over a number of years, and why I engaged her to sell my property. "The Queen of Greenwood" insisted on her valuation of the property being attainable and I'm quite believe she may well have exceeded that if I had held off on the offer that Julie gained for me, but it was opportune to accept it as I was preparing an offer on the property to which I eventually moved.

Julie sold our home (in one day) in Greenwood late 2020. She was professional from the very beginning through to the end. Julie was very familiar with our suburb so knew straight away what price we could achieve (70k more than someone else who quoted us). She was extremely prompt during our catch-ups and was so warm and lovely to us.
