Namita Mehra
Namita had been our chosen sales agent on previous property transactions so there was no question about using her services once again. She has an extensive knowledge of the market place, very easy to communicate with and professional from start to finish. Also importantly, very welcoming at her "Home Opens". She still remains our chosen agent and would certainly recommend her to other home owners seeking a professional agent to handle the sale of their home.

Our introduction to Namita was as buyers looking to downsize, and we were impressed by her ability to understand exactly what we were looking for, and indeed find our dream home for us. This, together with her extensive client base and thorough knowledge of South Duncraig made her our uncontested agent of choice when we came to sell our own property. She did not disappoint! Her advice to us as sellers, giving unstintingly many hours of her time; her ability to target just the right market for our property, overseeing to a very high standard every detail of the marketing strategy from photo shoot to finalisation of sale; her very genuine warmth, superb negotiating skills, and ability to sell at a good price within in a tight time frame, have qualified her as an agent of outstanding expertise and integrity, whose praises we sing to all we meet.

Namita was a great help to us when purchasing our property. We found that she was honest and up front from the start, working hard to help both parties walk away happy. Unlike other experiences with agents, communication was open and clear. We greatly appreciated Namita's experience in the local area and would highly recommend her to any prospective sellers.
