As well as handling the core business of selling the house, she was a mine of information on every other peripheral aspect, from the best way to dispose of unwanted furniture to the contact numbers of good carpenters, electricians etc. As a non resident of Australia selling a house on behalf of a resident who no longer had the capacity to do so, I found her help and expertise invaluable. Even when I left Australia, Namita continued with the selling process, including scanning and emailing documents to me in the U.K. for signature etc., so that all deadlines were met and everything was achieved in the smoothest manner. Namita assisted in selling my elderly mothers house in Duncraig.
