Highly recommend Rod. We purchased our house from him, from time of offer to getting keys, he made the whole process run smoothly and was quick to act or get answers for any questions we had. He also went the extra mile for us. He’s very friendly. Can’t fault his service. Thanks Rod.

We had heard a lot of good things about Pauline, and mainly that she sold everything she touched in record time AND for a good price… Well, she did not disappoint as she SOLD our home at first Home Open and above the asking price… What more can a seller ask? Professionalism?Let me tell you, hers is second to none in all aspects, and yes, she did fulfill all our expectations…

After being let down by another local agent, James had a hard task to sell our cold property. His sheer determination and strive to sell the property was amazing. An advertised set price of which we got. We were not undersold, not overcharged and not undercut. ……….. James thank you for your professionalism, reassurance and sheer determination to get us SOLD. You will be selling all my future properties.

Hi, we engaged Julie Vincent to sell our parent's family home when our mother passed away. From the very first meeting we found Julie to be both caring and highly professional. She helped us to ensure the home was presented to show off it's many features and to appeal to the likely purchaser demographic. She then managed the advertising and sales process to ensure we obtained a very good price with our purchasers very happy with the home. Myself and my brother and sisters all agreed that Julie was the most professional and talented real estate agent we have dealt with and would highly recommend her to anyone selling their home in her target area.

We purchased from Bridget and sold our house with her assistance. She managed to get our house on the market in 3 days and sold in the first home open. She connected us with all the help we needed and tried her best to achieve early settlement smoothly and safely. Don't hesitate...thank you!

Pauline was incredibly professional to work with to achieve a vey quick sale at a price above our expectations. Her knowledge of the local area and the resources she had at her fingertips meant that the sale process was as streamlined for us it could possibly be. I highly recommend Pauline and would not hesitate to engage her in the future as my agent of choice.

We managed to sell our house on the first home open and thanks to Lindsay client list, had an interested buyer before the first home open. Was a great experience.

Highly recommend Pauline. Very easy to access, she answers all questions and requests almost immidiatly. The purchase of the house is a stressful and important step but she does her job perfectly, finds right words and always there to answer all questions. On the other side she is not pushy, what was very important for us. Professional that understands and field and carries about process and not just numbers.

Kristy was nothing but fantastic to deal with, always answers the phone at all times and made our process of selling our house stress free. Would recommend to anyone.

I went with Diane purely based on a recommendation of a friend. My settlement process was a nightmare with several issues and delays. Diane was a champion guiding me through it and advocating for me. Even before getting that far she helped me out so much with getting the place ready for showing. Helping me out finding trades and good deals. Especially difficult with getting work done in the covid period. I had multiple offers less than 24 hours after the first showing. And this, I can honestly say, had a lot to do with Diane's input. Would absolutely recommend and work with again.
