Our Saving Grace Prior to listing with james we were in bed with a deceitful agent who not only mislead us into locking into a set commission he then proceeded to manipulate us into selling our larger block for well under market value after informing us that no one was interested in buying either of our blocks in over 8 months. Which was only realised after the fact when we had a bank valuation and it broke our trust completely in the real estate agents. Following this we decided to list with james and we could not have made a better decision. James gave us constant updates and within the first few weeks, james had multiple buyers interested and had no less then four independent builders using our block for house and land packages. A huge step from "nobody is interested in your block". we were able to secure $20,000 more for our smaller block then we achieved for our larger block with the subpar agent we had before. James break all the negative connotations of real estate agents and is a breathe of fresh air!
