He was very helpful prior to putting our home on the market as far as preparation and what we should and shouldn't do to enhance the inspection experience. The property never even went to market as Rodney was able to introduce another buyer to our property before the home open which resulted in a higher than expected price and a sales contract was forthcoming in only 1 day.
