Rodney was not only an absolute pleasure to deal with in the sale of my 3 blocks in Padbury - he also had an excellent understanding of the current market and buyer expectations, always communicated with me in a timely manner and conducted himself with extreme professionalism at all times. I was so impressed with my dealings with Rodney that I have sought to engage him again with the future sale of another property. Rodney came to me highly recommended and I in turn would do the same.

Rod has been hands-on from day one. He has a wealth of knowledge on the local housing market. Rod gave us the confidence, trust and delivered from contract through to settlement. He was always available and kept us well informed. It's been a breeze and a pleasure dealing with Rod Vines, a true professional.

Rod demonstrated his professionalism from the start with his extensive knowledge of the property he was selling. His demeanour was present but not pushy during inspection which was refreshing. If he could not immediately answer a question, he did his research and got back to us promptly. Rod was up front and honest about our position as buyers and made the experience feel transparent at every stage. Once our offer was approved and as we awaited settlement, he personally swept up inside and raked up garden debris on the vacant property to ensure we arrived to a clean and well maintained home. His efforts in creating such a positive and smooth buying experience is very much appreciated.

I was speaking to a number of agents regarding the sale of my investment property and was initially only interested in getting a feel for the market. Most of the other agents were pushy and did not provide me confidence in what I was trying to achieve. Rodney was approachable, knowledgeable and ensure that there was minimal impact to the tenants in the event that I wanted to keep the property. The tenants were additionally very grateful for the minimal disturbance during the sale. Ultimately the property was sold and the overall process was painless. Highly recommend using Rodney.

Bridget was knowledgeable about the local area & the prices of homes. She was realistic about what we would get for our property. During the selling process she kept us up to date & contacted us after home opens. The home sold straight away the first weekend it was open. Well done Bridget.

I was recommended some years ago to involve Julie in any future real estate and very happy with the advice I received. Julie is very professional and makes herself available whenever possible for any enquiries relating to any ongoing issues or concerns. Her priority to detail is second to none and always responds so promptly.
