Debbie has 25 years background in accounts. She came over to Australia from England with her first position being in trust accounting. Debbie has always had an interest in Real Estate and when a position came up for an assistant property manager in the same firm, she thought new country new career and went for it and has never looked back. Debbie realised the skills she had when she was in accounts came in handy as a property manager, prioritising jobs, time management, deadlines and chasing unpaid bills. Debbie has also realised that in property management age is a plus rather than a negative as the more you have learnt in life the easier it is to empathise and deal with the many different situations you can find yourself in.

Kerry Litton has 9 years’ of experience in the real estate industry, bringing with her a background in customer service. Rachel Fulton was born and raised in England and spent years living in Scotland, Ireland, Wales and Cyprus before moving to Australia.
