Alya is a great communicator and ultra savvy agent. On our first meet she told me how to go about getting what we wanted. I followed her advice to the letter. She knew the market and the buyers. Her list of contacts was extensive and everyone she brought in to help with the process exceeded my expectations. Her work ethic was very impressive.
