When buying our new home and then selling our old one, Michelle was an amazing person to deal with. She was incredibly kind and attentive. She is very aware of the property market and the factors that affect it and was able to advise us accordingly. She always kept us updated about viewings, potential buyers and factors that were either good or bad selling points. She tries to work with the vendor and client to get the best outcome and seems to know when a buyer is authentic or not. She is a genuinely nice person and is wonderful at her job.
