Michelle's knowledge of the local market and understanding of what buyers want gave us the opportunity to achieve the best sales result possible. Michelle left us in no doubt that we would achieve top dollar and then backed it up very quickly with a smooth sale and super quick exchange of contracts. On top of all this, Michelle gave us some great ideas about how to present the house and surrounds for the market, without her advice im convinced we wouldn't have achieved the result we did. We engaged Martin on our sale and he was totally professional and produced an excellent result. He was very easy to deal with, offered a competitive rate, was quick off the mark in organising the photo shoot. We were not on site all the time but Martin always checked if he could visit to show people around or take photos. The marketing was top notch.
