Right from our initial meeting with Michelle when we were attending an open house she wanted to help us buy a property. We had been unsuccessful 3 times with another agent and we were frustrated. She took the time to tell us what we needed to do to be successful in purchasing our new home. We went away and got all our ducks in a row so we were ready when something special came up. Within a week she called to say she had a listing that she thought was suitable, we loved it. We bought it. I knew from that moment the she was the person to sell our house. She just cares. Whether is a early morning , night time she was available for us. The process of selling a property can be stressful but she took that away. Her team is amazing and just got things done, quicker than I could have imagined. We were on the market within 3 days.Her dedication is an absolute credit to her. She worked tirelessly on the Sunday after open house to get our property sold. We listed Thursday and sold Sunday. We were extremely happy with the price we got.
