It was difficult to put a value on the unit as there was nothing comparable on the market. We therefore went to “Expressions of Interest”, which, in retrospect, may not have been the best approach. The marketing was exceptional, but the right buyers didn’t seem to be about in the early days. Once the dust had settled after the Christmas vacation period, however, the serious contenders arrived and Michelle secured a sale at a price we were happy to accept. All in all, Michelle and her very capable team, came up with the goods and we are more than satisfied with the outcome.
