I would like tell of my experience with Michelle Percival of Percival Property Estate Agents. 1. I found from the first meeting with Michelle and her Assistant Ally Downing to be very friendly and comforting when you are about to list your home with them on the property market. 2. After the first meeting I was happy to leave the sale of our property into their most capable hands.. 3. They assisted my husband and I with all the details of what we needed to proceed properly to go ahead with the sales, Photography, Certificates, Contracts etc. 4. After our home was ready and advertised on the market we only had to be ready each time for home visits and open houses from the prospective buyers. 5. With each and every home visit or open house Michelle or Ally attended they would let us know exactly their thoughts and progress with each open home. 6. When our home was sold within 5 to 6 weeks we were ecstatic of the quick and thorough time it took to sell our home.
