Michelle and her team went beyond expectations when I moved from the Blue Mountains to Port Macquarie. From my first phone call Michelle was informative, friendly and helpful. When there were hiccups on the day of settlement (due to the banks's incompetency). Michelle had the foresight and kindness to organise accomodation for my family and animals so we had a roof over our head when we arrived to Port Macquarie.
