Hard to say exactly how the relationship went but there are good points and a few suggestions for improvement; Good points; Tough negotiator for the seller; Pleasant to deal with; (with one minor exception see below) Good follow up and clear communications. Your staff are well trained especially in customer sensitivity, I am guessing that you are at the centre of that, good experience. Area for improvement (at least in my opinion) Some control behaviour showed through; you made assumption about my budget which were wrong, I have guessed that you set the price; If so then the market had moved down noticeably and the sellers expectations were higher than they should have been........in my opinion.......better to set expectations low and give good news.
