We rang Michelle from Melbourne to show us a few houses on very short notice. Arrangements were made with her office immediately and Michelle contacted us personally to confirm those arrangements. We found Michelle to be a most diligent, competent, professional and knowledgeable agent regarding the area and properties under her purview which was incredibly helpful. We also found Michelle to be extremely accommodating with viewing requests and a very warm and personable woman and we thoroughly enjoyed our dealings with her and consider her to be trustworthy and a person of integrity. Selling and buying houses has always been a stressful event, and we had no expectations that this sale would be any different. However, we chose the right agent with Michelle! Michelle immediately put us at ease with her down to earth and approachable manner. Once our tenants had moved out of the house, Michelle went to work. Immediately after the tenants had vacated, our home was photographed and videoed. Then, much to our surprise, we had a strong offer less than 24 hours after the advertisement went live on several high profile websites! Our home had not even been offered for an open house! By the following day, we had received a full price offer and a request for immediate exchange of contracts. Our settlement was booked in for exactly 5 weeks after our home had been offered for sale! I cannot speak highly enough about Michelle’s professionalism and willingness to accommodate and support not just us as the vendors, but the purchases as well. Who could I trust to sell our home for the best possible outcome some agents are good but I found they lacked in certain area's it's like they have not reached this century or too cocky or don't prepare when returning with a price that they did not realize that land attached to your block is there ? that block that another building could be built ?or 1 sent us a hand written note in the post (quant) that they will be in touch never to be seen or heard of again? But wait they still advertise for new stock. I cant believe selling homes is these agents livelihood Big mistake Big Huge. I hit the Jackpot when I called Michelle Percival and her Team .
