Michelle and her team were incredibly professional from the moment we approached to place our two townhouses on the market to the fantastic moment we exchanged contracts. Michelle was there in the drivers seat organising repairs and helping me to prepare our properties to present well to the market to gain their best potential price. She organised all the quotes and initiated the repairs immediately on agreement. What could have been an overwhelming task was made simple and straight forward. Her advice on how to present our properties was realistic and payed off . Immediately we received huge interest in our properties and the final price offered exceeded our expectations . We sold both properties swiftly in the end but not without much negotiation required by Michelle by three different interested parties that boosted the price way over the original sale price.
