We discovered an Agent who understood the local market and had the experience to sell our apartment in a crowded market. Each Open House was followed by detailed discussion and a written report, as the marketing plan rolled out we fully understood progress. The final sale came with little surprise. We looked at many agents before choosing to list with Glen and Hayman Partners, and even though they weren't the cheapest option we felt that Glen's analysis of the market and the rationale he provided for both the sales campaign and expected sale price were what we wanted. Throughout the campaign we were happy with the honesty to prospective buyers of expected sale (in a market with lots of underquoting) and to us on feedback received, and then very happy when it sold prior to auction for exactly what was expected. Additional support whilst we look for a new place and in research is also highly appreciated. Highly recommended.
