Martin was very responsive and helpful during the preperation for sale, during the sales campaign and during the actual sale. The agency also looked after some minor repair work to the property for us and made sure the house was clean prior to the open house events (we live in Sydney so it was not an option for us to manage that).

There is a lot of wishing when it comes to selling a house and especially when it is a home. One thing I can not fault Haymans is not missing one weekend of open home. There are some things outside of the sellers hands and left up to the market, just wish it had been a better market.
