Shane was very personable and professional during our purchasing process. We bought our property from interstate and Shane was always available to answer questions. We needed to have inspections outside of the scheduled open homes, Shane did a great job liaising between us and his vendors to fit this in and it was never a problem for him. Shane was pleasant, knowledgable, understanding and straight forward, the type of person i like to deal with when buying or selling a home.

Brett recently sold our house at Carwoola - we had sold other properties through Brett so it was an easy decision which agent to use. For all of the properties we have sold Brett has been pretty well spot-on with the price range of what we could expect to get, without pressuring us to accept anything less than what we were after. His market knowledge is excellent, but the thing which sets him apart from other agents is that he is also a very decent and friendly person, and quickly establishes rapport with everyone who walks through the door. This was an important factor for us as we had previously been turned off buying houses by highly annoying or dismissive agents. We would highly recommend Brett and his team to anyone selling or buying in Canberra.
