From the first meeting with Brett I found him to be very approachable and very knowledgable about the real estate industry at the present time. He was completely honest with me at all times which I found to be very admirable and didn't leave me with any false pretences or expectations. He carried out all duties required by an agent with diligence and enthusiasm and constantly kept me informed of where we were at regarding the sale. He seemed to gain a trust and respect from all who attended the open house displays and was more than happy to conduct any additional displays requested by potential buyers. Prior to the auction he called a meeting to explain how an auction works and advise me of the procedures which occur at an auction and what has to be done by me after the auction which I found most informative. During the actual auction Brett worked tirelessly and did all that he could to get the best possible price for my property. I believe I chose the right real estate agent to sell my house. I don't believe anyone else could have done any better. At every meeting and open house he was presentably dressed and conducted himself in a very professional way but at the same time able to make all who attended feel very relaxed and not pressured in any way which I found very satisfactory. Should I ever need the services of a real estate agent again I would not hesitate to contact Brett to act on my behalf and I would gladly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest, diligent, admirable, hard working and very professional agent.
