We recently purchased a property which Shane was the seller's agent, he was open and honest, very prompt in communications. His professionalism didn't just stop at the signing of the contract, whenever we had questions, he was always there to help. We had a wonderful experience, and would highly recommend Shane to anyone.

Although the price achieved was not as high as either I or Brett had hoped I believe that Brett and his team worked hard to achieve an acceptable result for me. I am happy that the house sold within a relatively short time considering the time of year (just prior to Christmas holidays). I would highly recommend Brett Hayman as a Real estate agent as he was prepared to discuss any issues at all times and responded to all queries made promptly.

We were very pleased with engaging the Hayman team at Peter Balckshaws Curtain. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. At each step Brett kept us informed of the process and what he needed from us. At the auction he was calm and focussed and got us the best price on the day. Thank you

Brett is a very knowledgeable and experienced agent. He understood our needs and was able to find us a house that met our requirements. Brett is friendly, approachable and a true professional.

Credible bloke with plenty of local knowledge, I did not have to spend big on advertising as the suburb was popular and did not need it

Martin and Brett made the process of selling a stress free experience. Martin's communication was great, I always felt up to date with the progress of the sale. Thanks!

From our initial engagement with Brett we found him very knowledgeable regarding housing market trends and the challenges and opportunities in selling our home. He impressed us with his responsiveness to our queries and the marketing of our home to target groups. We are happy with the sale price of our home and the professional conduct of his team to seamlessly transition from acceptance of offer, exchange of contracts and settlement. We highly recommend Brett to any potential sellers.

NB. Negotiation above was really an NA, as no negotiation was involved. Agents were helpful throughout, providing information as requested, providing access to the property prior to settlement, and accommodating a different settlement date.

Brett is great at what he does - and you couldn't find a better prepared or committed agent to work on your behalf. However, what make this a truly great agency is the fantastic team of people Brett has working with him. Emily - who helped get our property ready for sale was exceptional, her patience seemed limitless, as did her attention to detail. There's no doubt in my mind we could not have done it without her help. Martin's calm and professional approach was also much appreciated. Best real estate team we've ever worked with! Five Gold Stars! (and a GOLD medal!)
